RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

2. Return Eligibility

5. Exchanges

VCF Ritual is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable and insured shipping services when returning items.

9. Fraud Prevention and Abuse Protection

VCF Ritual reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, or future transactions associated with suspected abuse, excessive return activity, commercial misuse, or fraudulent conduct.

Accounts or transactions identified as high-risk may be subject to additional verification or permanent restriction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VCF Ritual shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from return delays, denied claims, shipping disruptions, or refund processing issues.

VCF Ritual’s total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the original purchase amount paid for the applicable product.
